What is the minimum order quantity for custom batteries? +

We offer low MOQ for prototyping — as few as 1 units. For mass production, MOQ is negotiable based on cell type, pack complexity, and BMS requirements. No minimum for initial consultation.

How long does the custom design process take? +

Typically 1–2 days for initial engineering feasibility and quotation. Prototype samples are ready in 5–10 days. Mass production lead time is 25–35 days after design approval.

Do I need to provide 3D drawings or specifications? +

Not necessarily. You can start with basic requirements: voltage, capacity, approximate dimensions, and operating environment. Our engineers will guide you through the specification process and provide drawing support.

Can you help with safety certifications (UL, IEC, etc.)? +

Yes. We provide full support for certifications including UL1642, IEC62133, UN38.3, CE, RoHS, and can assist with UL2054, IEC62619, and country‑specific requirements upon request.
