High / Low Temperature Lithium Battery
Engineered for -70°C to 100°C. All‑solid‑state sodium‑ion cells — reliable power for polar, desert, and industrial extremes.
Technical Specifications
Core parameters for a single wide‑temperature cell
Typical Applications
Walkie-talkie & Smart Ski Goggles
Powers walkie‑talkies and smart audio ski goggles used in polar expeditions, ski mountaineering, and Winter Olympics events. Specially designed low‑temperature cells maintain excellent discharge efficiency and keep teams connected even in extreme cold.
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Sensors
TPMS sensors mount directly inside wheels or on valve stems, facing extreme heat from fast‑moving tires (especially in summer). Only high‑temperature lithium thionyl chloride or lithium manganese dioxide batteries survive up to 125°C, providing stable power for years without replacement.
Action Cameras & Outdoor Recording Gear
Keeps action cameras, drones, and portable recorders running in freezing snow and ice. Low‑temperature batteries prevent sudden shutdown or voltage drop at sub‑zero conditions — ensures every ski run, sled ride, and polar landscape is captured reliably.
Solar Outdoor Motion‑Sensor Light
Powers solar garden lights under summer sun. Enclosed fixtures often exceed 65°C, causing ordinary batteries to decay or crack. Heat‑resistant lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) or specially formulated ternary lithium batteries maintain capacity and safety, ensuring long life in harsh rooftop or courtyard installations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Wide temperature battery technology — answers to common questions
What chemistry enables -70°C to 100°C operation? +
We use solid‑state sodium‑ion and specially formulated lithium cells with ceramic separators and wide‑temperature electrolyte. No liquid electrolyte means no freezing at -70°C and no boiling at 100°C.
Do wide temperature batteries require heating or cooling? +
No. Our cells operate natively across the full -70°C to 100°C range without external thermal management. For extreme pulse loads, we can integrate self-heating or cooling but it is not required for basic operation.
What certifications do you provide? +
UN38.3, CE, RoHS, UL1642, IEC62133 are standard. For stationary storage and electric vehicle applications, we can also support IEC62619 and UL1973.
