All products meet UN38.3, CE, RoHS, UL1642, and IEC62133. For stationary storage and EV applications, we can also support UL1973 and IEC62619. Full traceability from raw material to finished pack.

What is your factory's production capacity? +
Our ISO 9001:2025 certified facility has an annual capacity of 50 million cells and 1 million battery packs. We operate fully automated assembly lines, dry rooms, and aging chambers to ensure consistency and high output.
Can you provide samples before mass production? +
Yes. We offer prototype samples in 2‑4 weeks after design approval. Low MOQ (10‑50 units) is accepted for validation. Samples come with full test reports.
What quality control measures do you have in place? +
Every cell goes through formation, aging, and 100% final electrical testing (voltage, capacity, internal resistance, self‑discharge). Our QC system includes real‑time monitoring and traceability from raw material to finished pack.
Do you provide design support for custom BMS or mechanical housing? +
Absolutely. Our in‑house engineering team can design BMS with protection, balancing, and communication (CAN, RS485, SMBus). We also offer 3D mechanical design for custom enclosures, connectors, and mounting features.
What certifications do your batteries carry for international shipping? +
Standard certifications include UN38.3, CE, RoHS, UL1642, and IEC62133. For stationary storage and electric vehicle applications, we can also support UL1973 and IEC62619. We assist with country‑specific compliance as needed.
What is your typical lead time for mass production? +
After prototype approval and design finalisation, mass production lead time is 25‑35 days. We offer flexible scheduling for urgent orders.
